Read the following article from Joe Brewer. It is a good analysis. I have worked on these topics myself for many years, and I agree.
It is an urgent need for a new worldview – and consequently a new economic and financial ecosystem (and it is coming, already on its way).
It may take a couple of generations, but it will come.
The need for a new worldview and free flow of creativity and authentic life is by the way the background for founding Universal Freedom Society. We need to go beyond the knowledge and analysis, start to experiment and restructure our communities and societies.
We have more than enough knowledge.
It is time for visionary entrepreneurs and transformational leaders to find each other on a global level, developing what I call “inspired business” – which can be regarded as an answer to “business as usual – is dead”.
Open innovation. Vertical, disrupted innovation. Based upon a worldview of wholeness and unity (talking from the whole to the whole). Always making decisions through the glasses of universal consciousness, from the individual to the collective global level.
Without a deeper understanding of the underlying powers and influences in co-creation of a true democratic society we will not be able to develop a sustainable future community. We need to sense and seize what professor Evert Gummesson described as “The challenge in the future will be to master a complex network of relations” (as he told me in the early 90-ties).
In my opinion visionary, inspired business is one of the cornerstones in building a new society. But it requires new communication skills, new infrastructures and organizing. And the right leaders who are sensitive enough to sense and understand what is really going on in the current paradigm shift.
Not the least do we need a new mindset founded in true creativity – which always is to listen in to the whole – the collective intelligence and consciousness – as a natural process of finding one’s place and mission for the benefit of the whole.
This is the imperative for future leadership of creativity.
It is absurd that “money talks” as if the meaning of life itself and its message is embedded in greed and hidden power in the hands of a few.
As visionary leaders and entrepreneurs we should all join in a global movement for inspired business and fundamental creativity based upon a worldview that really takes care of the whole.
