The structure of the initial Core Team as the administrative body for the whole ecosystem may differ from future business communities (GRS Navigators). It's up to each community  to decide which qualifications, professions and competence are required.

The overall basic principles, structure and branding are included in each partner contract.

Global Renaissance Society (GRS) will operate with flexible, part-time work-teams (3-5 members), full-time evolutionary teams (GRS Navigators) in addition to individual professionals/supporters, volunteers and GRS Ambassadors. 

A complete purpose-driven business community will consist of 5 executive teams and a core team, all in all 30 evolutionary guides. The community will not grow bigger, but instead replicate itself building new communities with the same basic structure. Each community is self-organized in a global and collaborative interlinked network.

For partnering in a work team it's not necessary with any special GRS education or background, other that you are a professional independent transformational leader, visionary entrepreneur or wholistic practitioner who fulfills GRS' overall vision, values and principles. 

GRS Work Teams are flexible ad hoc teams, but also the playground and preparation for creation of full purpose-driven business communities (GRS Navigators - see below).

As an approved professional within GRS network, you have the opportunity to promote yourself and to be promoted as an individual provider, but we encourage our partners to prioritize co-creative teams.

GRS prioritizes support and working with committed and devoted future pioneers and societal innovators.

We are not a traditional business environment, nor an idealistic organization without practical implementation, just a lot of talk and no action. We are universal shift-workers with passion, a conscious purpose and a global mission.

We are partnering with independent entrepreneurs, leaders and freelancers, women and men who are ready to work as committed members of a co-creative, interdisciplinary team - probably after some experience of working solo. 

(before you can become a true co-creator, you have to prove that you are able to stand on your own feet as a confident and independent creator - which doesn't mean that you necessarily need many years of experience - if you are young and hungry, or on the other hand older but still passionate about the future, you are more than welcome to join us)

We need the hungry as well as those who can nourish and guide the hungry ... Innovation and renewal require the conscious pairing of wisdom, experience and courageous risk-taking.

NB. As a member of a GRS Work Team you can contribute part-time. 

GRS Navigators are independent purpose-driven business communities - (New Renaissance Bottegas (workshops)). A full business community is founded on 6 teams á 5 members, a core team and 5 executive teams, in total 30 persons). 

You start your journey as a member of a GRS Work Team (see above). Your participation will eventually count as a case study/experienced learning and qualifies as a module of the full 3-year program (approved as a mature and experienced evolutionary guide).

Full partnership requires GRS Academy's 3 year education and training for Evolutionary Guidance (launching 2022), which starts with the 12 month mentoring program (launching 2020).

NB. Partners in a self-organizing and independent business community are expected to work full-time as the normal.

As GRS Ambassador you will receive invitations to internal gatherings and events as well as to public events, webinars etc. You will also receive newsletters and other information about case studies, projects and research etc. 

Your feedback, comments, suggestions and advice will be deeply appreciated as well. First of all you support the creation of GRS as a global ecosystem founded on egality and fair distribution of resources.

Member Fee

Alternative 1: Annual fee of 100 €

Alternative 2: Monthly fee of 10 €

Alternative 3: Gifts and donations are up to you.

As a member of the Core Team you are a full time business-partner and co-creator of the GRS ecosystem, serving and guiding the executive evolutionary teams and the ecosystem as a whole

You have a strong calling to be of the greatest service to humanity, promoting human dignity, egality and fair distribution of resources

From the depth of your heart you are a pioneer, entrepreneur and societal innovator, a transformational leader and wholistic change-maker, passionately living and leading for the benefit of all of humanity

You share GRS' vision of purpose-driven business as a driving force in future community building, navigating quantum reality and the unknown unknowns with compassion and curiosity

You are more than average engaged in system innovation and conscious evolution based on GRS' philosophy of cutting edge science, timeless wisdom, the arts, nature and beauty

You dedicate your life for the common good investing necessary resources, time and money to co-create GRS as a universal toolkit for foresight and evolutionary guidance towards a new civilization

You are a Universal Mind - A New Renaissance Being - merging spirit and matter, male and feminine, not afraid of living om the edge of chaos, playing with paradoxes - you know that it is from the unexplored reality the new Phoenix is rising to form a new world ...

NB.

As a member of a GRS Work Team, Professional Provider to GRS ecosystem (internal services) or as a Volunteer, it's up to you to decide which projects you want to join.

You will always start out as a member of a Work Team. After an initial period of minimum 6 months you can decide if you want to apply for full partnership.

(to be a full partner at GRS Navigators you must fulfill a 3 year program for Evolutionary Guides - or having similar background/ competence). 

PARTNER CONTRACT

As an approved partner on either level of connection to the GRS ecosystem, you agree on a partnership contract with some  universal principles and basic guidelines.

Most important is COURAGE, CREATIVITY, TRUST & INTEGRITY. 

When you join GRS as an approved partner, you are also a community builder.

Remember:

In the current transition towards a new Renaissance we should adapt both to existing paradigms and practices as well as exploring and developing our own values, principles and standards - going with the flow. 

FEES

GRS Work Teams

You pay 22% commission for the assignments you receive through GRS. The provision is not only and administrative fee, but a contribution to internal community building and further expansion of GRS.

It's up to you to offer all your services through GRS provisioning platform or not (we all have to survive, so if you consider that you need to work directly with clients/customers outside GRS, it is your decision).

Partnership GRS Navigators

For evolutionary teams working full-time at GRS Navigators we will discuss a financial solution and payment system in agreement with the core team(s).

GRS Ecosystem Providers

Price /Provisions for services and products by agreement.

GRS Free Flow Fund

For full-time teams/ communities it may be introduced tithing (10 %) to build a fund for internal and external cases, philanthropic projects, scholarships etc. benefitting a good cause.

Tithing is otherwise voluntarily.
