Organic Growth and Funding
Initially we ideally want 1-6 guarantors (investing15 mill € in free capital) supporting the overall GRS Vision.
When new members join GRID/300, the guarantor(s) sells down/ transfer(s) their shares until we have a complete cooperative of 300 exclusive members with equal shares (50 000 €) and equal impact.
Exit: 10 years perspective (2020-30). After this period the members agree either to sell their membership shares to new members in a new 10 year round, or donate their membership share(s) as a free gift to the ecosystem's non-profit organization (NGO/Foundation).

500 years ago about 300 visionaries, artists, thinkers, rich merchants, politicians, academics and scientists changed their known world and laid the foundation for a different future.
A few pioneers turned a whole civilization upside-down.
GRID/300 is strongly inspired by those brave Renaissance pioneers.
Without patrons like Lorenzo “Il Magnifico” di Medici and wealthy families at that time we may not have had all the brilliant masterworks of great thinkers, inventors, scientists, architects and artists as Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Moore, Rafael, Brunelleschi, Michelangelo and other brilliant minds and hands - still awakening our curiosity and admiration, still influencing our thinking and behavior.
The "Magnificos" of the next Renaissance - generous patrons and investors who support radical creativity in a long-term perspective - are once again highly needed.
